Here are the most common doubts and questions about our hostel. If you don’t see yours on the list, feel free to reach out to our reception!

  • Check-in from 3 pm.
    Check-out until 11 am.

  • Until check-in time on your arrival day.
    Until 7 pm on the final day of your stay.

    Free service.

  • Available for an extra cost from 8 AM to 10 PM. Soap is included.

  • Shower towels available for rent.

Deposit

At check-in, you’ll be asked to pay a 10€ deposit. It will be fully refunded at check-out, as long as the house rules have been followed during the whole stay.

Wristbands

For the safety of all guests, it’s mandatory to wear the wristband we’ll provide you at reception.
